Display the Appointment Date on Estimates and Invoices

In GEM-CAR, you can display the appointment date directly on estimates and invoices to ensure better tracking of service work and clearer communication with clients. This option adds useful information to generated documents, making it easier to manage schedules and review appointment history. To show or hide this information, click Sales > Configurations > Configurations.

Next, in the Sales tab, check the “Display the appointment date on estimates and invoices” option as needed. Click Save.

If you leave this option checked, the appointment date will appear in the documents, just below the service.
