In your GEM-CAR, you can request the customer’s authorization using specific wording when work is about to begin.
Open your Point of Sale, select the customer and the Products and Services. Then press F11 or click on the Work Order button in the bottom right corner of your Point of Sale screen.
The generated document will be available in the Documents tab. You can request the customer's signature by clicking the button located on the right side of the screen.
At the bottom of the work order document, there is an authorization section containing the following information:

I hereby authorize the performance of the repair work specified above and the use of the necessary materials and parts for that purpose. I release you from any liability for loss or damage relating to the vehicle or objects left in the vehicle in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond your control, as well as for any delays resulting from the unavailability of parts or related to their shipment by the supplier or carrier. I authorize you, as well as your employees and representatives, to drive the vehicle described herein on streets, roads, or elsewhere for testing or inspection purposes. I acknowledge that you will have a lien or right of retention on this vehicle as security for payment of the repairs provided in the estimate.
The customer’s signature indicates that they have accepted the stated conditions.
