To configure sending, in the left menu, click on Transport > Configurations > Configurations.
Then scroll down the page and check the option When sending the booking invoice, merge the PDFs inserted in the booking with the notion “Attach with invoice.” Scroll down the page again and click on the green Save button.
In the Bookings list, in the Documents tab, select the document you want to send. Note that in the column Include in invoice, No is selected.
Under the heading, check the option Include in invoice and click Save and Close.
Note that now, in the column Include in invoice, Yes is selected.
