This section explains how to add a contact for a client in Bookings. By following these simple steps, you can associate the right people with each client file, facilitating communication and information management. This ensures better organization and more accurate tracking of reservations.
In the Transport > Bookings menu, select the booking for which you want to add another contact for the client.
Next, in the Client tab, click on the blue word Client to modify the data.
In the client file, in the Info tab, click + New in the Contacts associated with this client.
On the new page, enter the following information:
- Name
- Type
- Newsletter
- Title
- Department
- Phone
- Cell phone
Then click Save and Close.
Back in the Client tab, click on the blue magnifying glass next to the Contact field, next to the client's name, both on the same line.
The Choose a contact window opens. Select one of them.
The name and contact information of the selected person will appear next to the client's name.
