Configure Weight, Length, Width, and Height of Products

This feature allows you to define the dimensions and weight of your products to ensure accurate logistics management.

This information is essential for calculating shipping costs, inventory, and billing.

The steps below will show you how to easily configure these settings in the system.

Click on Inventory > Products and Services and select the product for which you want to enter data relating to weight, length, etc.

Click on the Sales tab. You can then enter the following information:

• Length;

• Width;

• Height;

• Weight;

• Sale Unit (lbs, grams, kilos, gallons, pints, ounces, liters);

• Weight Unit (lbs, grams, kilos, gallons, pints, ounces, liters).

To save your changes, click Save.
