To provide a report to the accountant for year-end closing, the appropriate document is the trial balance report for the year. This report presents all accounts with their debit and credit balances. It allows you to verify the accuracy of accounting entries before the annual closing. This facilitates the accountant's work and ensures rigorous financial preparation.

To generate the report, click on Accounting > Reports > Trial Balance.

Next, select the end date and click Send.

The report will display the accounts, credit amounts, debit amounts, and totals. Next to the Close button, you will find the options Print, Export to Excel, and Export to PDF.
