Issue the following invoice for $0:

• JV CHECK 1 hour, billed at $70/hr to the technician performing the return visit
• JR CHECK Warranty -1 hour, billed at $70/hr to the technician who performed the initial work

Otherwise, the warranty work penalizes the technician performing the return visit.
