You can initiate a call from the Dashboard or from a client's file. From the GEM-PHONE menu, simply type part of the phone number you are looking for. As you type, GEM-PHONE will automatically display matching phone numbers saved in the system, allowing you to quickly find and select the desired contact.
To place a call from a client record, click on Clients > Clients and select the client you wish to contact.
Once the client profile is open, in the Info tab, click on the phone icon next to the number.
